Basic Ballet

Beginners and intermediate level
This class is designed for students with little or no previous ballet experience.
Students are introduced to the foundations of classical technique, including posture, alignment, coordination and basic positions of the arms and feet.
Classes are structured and progressive, allowing each student to develop confidence and a clear understanding of movement at their own pace.

What to wear
Soft ballet shoes are recommended; 
Ladies: leotard and tights, or leggings with a t-shirt
Gentlemen: tights or shorts with a t-shirt

Intermediate Ballet

Intermediate level and advanced level
This class is designed for students with prior ballet experience who wish to continue developing their technique.
Exercises become more complex, focusing on coordination, strength and musicality at the barre and in the centre.
Emphasis is placed on clarity, control and consistency, supporting steady progression and a deeper understanding of movement.

What to wear
Soft ballet shoes
Ladies: leotard and tights, or leggings with a t-shirt
Gentlemen: tights or shorts with a t-shirt

Pointe & Repertoire class

for Intermediate and advanced level
This class combines technique and artistry, supporting students in their continued development.
The class begins with floor work and stretching, followed by exercises at the barre, which may be taken in flat shoes or on pointe.
Students then work on variations from the classical ballet repertoire, developing musicality, expression and confidence.

What to wear
Soft ballet shoes or point shoes 
Ladies: leotard and tights, or leggings with a t-shirt
Gentlemen: tights or shorts with a t-shirt

Pointe class

for Intermediate and advanced level

This class is designed for students who are already attending regular intermediate or advanced ballet classes.
Work focuses on developing strength in the feet and ankles, alignment, balance and control, primarily at the barre.
Students are introduced to the principles of pointe technique in a gradual and structured way, building confidence and stability over time.
Participation is guided by the teacher according to each student’s level and readiness.

Pointe shoes
Ladies: leotard and tights or leggings with a t-shirt

 

Barre Workout

For Everyone
This class is a ballet-inspired workout designed to strengthen the body, improve posture and develop overall coordination.
Accessible to all levels, it combines elements of classical ballet training with targeted conditioning exercises, supporting both strength and body awareness.
No previous ballet experience is required.

What to wear
Soft ballet shoes are recommended; socks are also suitable.
Ladies: leotard and tights, or leggings with a t-shirt
Gentlemen: tights or shorts with a t-shirt

Body Conditioning & Stretching class

For everyone
This class focuses on strengthening and stretching the body through guided mat work inspired by pilates and conditioning techniques.
Exercises support flexibility, alignment and core strength, contributing to a more balanced and resilient body.
The class complements ballet training and is also suitable as a standalone practice.

What to wear
Soft ballet shoes or socks are also suitable.
Ladies: leotard and tights, or leggings with a t-shirt
Gentlemen: tights or shorts with a t-shirt
