These classes offer a unique opportunity for expecting and new mothers to enjoy a ballet workout for themselves while fostering a deep connection with their baby.
As you do your pliés, tendus, and relevés, you’ll not only experience a wonderful workout but also nurture a sense of closeness with your baby while enjoying the beauty of movement and music.
Expecting mothers can participate safely in these classes at any stage of their pregnancy and New mothers will have their little one in their baby carrier.

Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
These classes are made for students with no or very little experience in Ballet. Students who are looking to learn the Basics of Ballet such as the arms positions, legs placement, introduction to Ballet Steps. It is a slow and detailed class perfect for beginners.

These classes are made for students who already know a little from the basics of ballet or have a knowledge in other dances. These classes are made for everyone who is willing to dance, improve their coordination, ballet technique flexibility. It is a lovely and dancing classical ballet class.

Our Pointe class is made for students who follow the Intermediate and Advanced ballet classes. This class will be mostly at the barre. This is an extra challenge to learn the principles of pointe technique. This is an extra class for those who want that real ‘ballerina on pointe feeling’.

This is a Classical ballet class with barre and center made for intermediate and advanced dancers to learn new technical steps and combinations pirouettes, diagonale, manege etc. It is a fun and challenging class.
