Ballet Workout for New Mothers (with baby in carrier) From 17th of September

No ballet experience needed for these classes

In this Ballet Workout your baby will be in your baby carrier.

These classes offer a unique opportunity for new mothers to enjoy a ballet workout for themselves and connect with their babies through dance at the same time.
As you do your pliés, chassés and relevés, you’ll not only get a wonderful workout but also strengthen your bond with your baby enjoying the movement and music.
Join us for a delightful blend of movement, music, and connection.

Come dance with us and create beautiful memories with your little one!

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt

Basic classes

Beginners and intermediate level

These classes are made for students with no or very little experience in Ballet. Students who are looking to learn the Basics of Ballet such as the arms positions, legs placement, introduction to Ballet Steps. It is a slow and detailed class perfect for beginners. 

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt

Intermediate classes

Intermediate level only

These classes are made for students who already know a little from the basics of ballet or have a knowledge in other dances. These classes are made for everyone who is willing to dance, improve their coordination, ballet technique flexibility. It is a lovely and dancing classical ballet class.

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt

Repetoire

for Intermediate and advanced level

Learning variations from the Ballet Repertoire, variations of the Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, variation of the White Swan in Swan Lake, etc.

Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt

Point shoes class

for Intermediate and advanced level

Our Pointe class is made for students who follow the Intermediate and Advanced ballet classes. This class will be mostly at the barre. This is an extra challenge to learn the principles of pointe technique. This is an extra class for those who want that real ‘ballerina on pointe feeling’.

What to wear
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt, Point shoes

Barre Workout

For everyone

This is a Ballet Fitness Workout. The Barre Workout is accessible to everyone. No need of any ballet experience to attend these classes. The classes are structured:

  • 15 minutes of Mat work
  • 40 minutes of Barre (exercises for the legs and posture)
  • 5 minutes of Stretching at the end of each classes

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt

Ballet Advanced

for intermediate+ and advanced level

This is a Classical ballet class with barre and center made for intermediate and advanced dancers to learn new technical steps and combinations pirouettes, diagonale, manege etc. It is a fun and challenging class.

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt

BC & Stretching

For everyone

Mat work using pilates and stretching exercises to strengthen the muscles and improve the flexibility

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt

Contemporary class

For Everyone

A contemporary class is a genre of dance that incorporates elements of classical ballet and modern dance. It employs classical ballet technique and allows a great range of movement of the upper body. The style also contains many movements emphasizing the body flexibility, the floorwork as well as the dynamic steps combination and use of the space.

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt, socks
Gentlemen: Tights or shorts with a T-shirt, socks
